How we handle data

Analytics

We use Google Analytics in a cookieless mode to understand how the site is used (for example, whether visitors watch the walkthrough or start a booking). No cookies are stored on your device for analytics, and we do not collect information that identifies you personally. Because of this, no cookie banner is needed.

Booking a call

When you book a workflow-fit call, the calendar is provided by Calendly. Any details you enter (such as your name, email, company and the answers to the booking questions) are processed by Calendly and shared with us so we can prepare for and hold the call. See Calendly’s own privacy policy for how they handle that data.

Contacting us

If you email or call us, we use those details only to reply and to discuss whether DarkFlight fits your work. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.

Your rights & questions

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email jethro@ecordea.com or call 01900 406685.
